A MASSIVE 7.5 oz braid of 18.5 micron Merino wool combed top. This base is one of my favorites. It is extremely soft yet has a little body. It’s easy to spin, having just enough tooth to not slip through your fingers, and the staple length is just right. It’s also a favorite of wet and nuno felters.
